{"id":2325,"date":"2017-10-14T18:57:14","date_gmt":"2017-10-14T18:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carglassblog.dev\/?p=2325"},"modified":"2021-11-12T10:39:46","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T10:39:46","slug":"un-cristal-con-un-impacto-siempre-acaba-rompiendose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carglass.es\/blog\/conduce-seguro\/un-cristal-con-un-impacto-siempre-acaba-rompiendose\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfUn cristal con un impacto siempre acaba rompi\u00e9ndose?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En Carglass<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> somos especialistas en la reparaci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n y sustituci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n de cristales de autom<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">vil y por eso nos esforzamos en estudiar e investigar todos y cada uno de los aspectos relacionados con el da<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">o o rotura de una luna.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> \u00bf<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Qu<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">sucede tras el impacto? <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00bf<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Qu<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">factores determinan que el cristal acabe raj<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">ndose por completo? <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lo hemos investigado en nuestro estudio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carglass.es\/blog\/conduce-seguro\/investigacion-asi-se-rompe-un-parabrisas-tras-sufrir-un-impacto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cAlucinante viaje al centro de un impacto\u201d<\/a> y aqu<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed <\/span><span class=\"s1\">est<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n los resultados:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez se ha producido un impacto <b>es solo cuesti<\/b><strong>\u00f3<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>n de tiempo que el cristal de nuestro coche acabe agriet<\/b><\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><b>ndose y rompi<\/b><\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><b>ndose<\/b>. La raz<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n principal es que los parabrisas por c<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">mo est<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n fabricados y dise<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">ados para su funci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n de seguridad y protecci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n est<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n constantemente sometidos a tensiones de car<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">cter estructural, material y ambiental que hacen que una simple raja o chinazo pueda acabar rompiendo el cristal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00bf<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Cu<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">les son estas tensiones?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1.- El <strong>proceso de fabricaci<\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><strong>n<\/strong><b>.<\/b> Implica el corte y doblado del vidrio, utilizando un molde para crear la curvatura requerida. Se inserta, adem<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">s, una capa de pl<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">stico para laminar el cristal y que no se rompa en mil pedazos cuando se raje, protegiendo as<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> a los ocupantes del veh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">culo de cortes. Como veis es un proceso complejo que deja un estr<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">s residual en el propio parabrisas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2.- Los <b>adhesivos<\/b>. Los parabrisas se unen al veh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">culo<b> con adhesivos de poliuretano<\/b>, cuyo endurecimiento puede ir acompa<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">ado de un cierto grado de contracci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n volum<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">trica que puede ejercer una tensi<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n adicional. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3.- <b>Componente estructural<\/b>. El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carglass.es\/blog\/conduce-seguro\/parabrisas-y-seguridad-la-rigidez-estructural-del-coche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">parabrisas es un componente estructural que aporta rigidez a la carrocer\u00eda<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0del veh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">culo, y evita que el techo se aplaste. Como forma parte de la estructura del coche el parabrisas recibe presiones en la carrocer<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">a cuando aceleramos, frenamos y en las curvas durante la conducci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Y eso no es todo<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u2026 <\/span><strong><span class=\"s1\">la carrocer<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">a de un veh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"><strong>culo se expande y contrae con los cambios de temperatura<\/strong> causando alteraciones que se transmiten al parabrisas, alterando sus patrones de tensi<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n. Adem<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s1\">s que el propio cristal tambi<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n sufre al soportar la diferencia de temperatura entre el exterior y el interior del veh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00ed<\/span><span class=\"s1\">culo, cambios bruscos de interior a exterior, con aire acondicionado y calefacci<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00f3<\/span><span class=\"s1\">n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4.- El <b>pavimento<\/b>. Al parabrisas llegan vibraciones procedentes de los baches del pavimento y de las mismas ruedas al circular que pueden provocar que un impacto acabe rompi<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">ndose definitivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Ahora que conoces mejor por qu\u00e9 tu cristal puede acabar rompi\u00e9ndose, no lo dejes<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> pasar.
